Junaid Ahmed, a Barrister and Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan, serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of JA LEGAL. Mr. Ahmed’s extensive expertise is exemplified through regular appearances before the High Courts, District Courts, and various administrative tribunals, including the Anti-Dumping Appellate Tribunal at Islamabad, and the Appellate Bench of the Securities & Exchange Commission. His practice covers a wide spectrum of legal domains, including property and land disputes, service and employment conflicts, constitutional issues, commercial litigation, trade remedy cases (including anti-dumping matters), shipping and maritime disputes, company law, criminal law, white-collar crimes, customs disputes, taxation matters (including income and sales tax), family law cases, and intellectual property disputes.
